Built to Work with My Hands
I grew up on a small horse farm in upstate New York. Building things wasn't a hobby — it was just how life worked. We were always adding onto the barn, framing a lean-to, fixing what needed fixing. That hands-on mindset never left me.
I've been installing windows for about fifteen years, most of that as a subcontractor for larger companies. Over those years I built a reputation as the guy they called for the jobs that had to go right — consistently ranked as the top installer for every company I worked with.
Why I Started Grace Windows
The Problem Was Never the Work
Too many companies cut corners. They send in a flashy salesperson who promises the homeowner the world, and then when it's time for the install, nothing lines up. The product is cheaper than what was quoted. The crew rushes through the job. Damage gets covered up instead of called out.
I got tired of watching customers get shortchanged — so I started Grace Windows to do it differently.
