Product Selection & Order
Your installer walks you through brand, glass package, color, and hardware options. They place the order and track it to delivery.

Scheduling & Confirmation
You get a confirmed install date and a call the day before with a 2-hour arrival window. No vague "morning or afternoon."

Installation Day
Your installer arrives on time, installs every unit, and leaves your home cleaner than they found it. Each unit is tested on-site before they leave.

Final Walk-Through & Warranty
You inspect every window and door with your installer before they leave. Warranty documentation signed and delivered same day.
